Lebanese Spice Mix

Excellent in marination of chicken for Shwarma Rolls

2 tsp. black pepper corns

16 pcs cloves

1 tsp fenugreek seeds

1 tsp ginger powder

1 tsp green cardamom seeds

2 tsp fennel seeds

1 star anise

1 4" stick cinnamon 

Grind all ingredients together - there is no need to roast these
