CHOCOLATE GANACHE

Chocolate Ganache

  • 300 gms chopped chocolate
  • 200 gms cream
  • 1 tbsp butter

  1. Heat butter and cream together till warm and butter melts.
  2. Pour over the chopped chocolate and stir to mix all.
  3. Keep to cool to room temperature.
